After making his first appearance at last week's Comic-Con in San Diego, Justin Timberlake looks to leap into leading man status with his latest role in Fox's sci-fi thriller In Time. Directed by Andrew Niccol (The Truman Show) and co-starring Olivia Wilde and Amanda Seyfried, our first look at the film shows a future where humans are genetically programmed to live only until the age of 25, unless they buy or steal time credits.

If only we could have a little bit more time, it seems, is the theme with this trailer. As you can see for yourself, introducing one's family will never be the same, as Mad Men's Vincent Kartheiser shows off that his mother-in-law, wife, and daughter (Seyfried) all appear to be the exact same age. Meanwhile, Timberlake plays a day-to-day working class joe, whose life is turned upside-down when he's suspected by Cillian Murphy to be a murderer and a time-thief.

The concept of this film is a fantastical one that will make us forget briefly that you cannot be immortal unless you're a vampire

In Time looks to arrive on time for an October 28th release.
