The numbers are in! According to a poll run by Fairleigh Dickinson University's PublicMind, people who watch Jersey Shore don't actually view the state of New Jersey in a negative light, despite Snooki and company's often crazy antics. Could've fooled us.
The poll found that 43% of people who watch the show view the state of Jersey in a positive light, as opposed to the 41% of people who don't watch the show and view NJ in a positive light. So, technically, Jersey Shore is actually good for the state.
