Is "Lord Of The Rings: War In the North" A Summer Sleeper?

Hack apart trolls in 3-player co-op? Yes please!

The Lord of the Rings: War in the North has flown under the radar a bit, but as we near it’s August launch, we’re starting to think it may just save us from dying of boredom. This hack-and-slash roleplaying game puts you in control of one of three heroes: Eradan the ranger, Farin the dwarf or Andriel the mage as you take on the minions of Agandaur.  Tolkien purists may balk at the developer, Snowblind Studios, inventing a new villain for Middle Earth, but the game feature 1-3 player co-op and enough violence to earn it a mature ESRB rating.  If lopping off the heads of Uruk-hai is your idea of fun, then War in the North might just be the game to get you through the summer slump.
