Once again the internet amazes us when talented folks are given oodles of time to work on projects they are passionate about. At first glance of this video, you may think you are watching a preview of Grand Theft Auto V, but believe it or not this video was shot in GTA IV. Yep, that’s a friggin’ mod! The iCEnhancer mod overhauls the graphics for the cars, roads and environments and the impact is drastic. Also included are stunning weather effects and who would have thought that cloudy weather could look so spectacular. Someone needs to find the creator of this mod and hire him or her immediately.
