What do Heidi Montag, Three 6 Mafia, The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Danielle Staub, and the call girl who brought down New York Governor Eliot Spitzer’s political career, Ashley Dupré, all have in common? They’re all starring in a new reality series for VH1!
The show, Famous Food, follows Mike Malin and Lonnie Moorem of the famed Dolce Group (the restaurant-minded crew responsible for a bunch of Hollywood hotspots, such as The Geisha House and Ketchup) as they attempt to find one celebrity to partner up with for their next restaurant. The cast is challenged to create a successful restaurant in 28 days, basically building one from the ground up, and the most successful celeb will then be chosen as Dolce's partner. If the trailer is any indication, however, it’s not going to be a terribly easy choice because it seems like no one knows what the hell they're doing.
Which basically makes it perfect for reality TV.
