Donald Glover Talks Season Three of "Community"

"I'm looking forward to this year, but also not."

The second season of Community was a coming out party for co-star Donald Glover, but that doesn't mean he's necessarily looking forward to season three. After all, how do you top a "Can you top this?" mentality?

"I’m looking forward to this year, but also not," he told SplitSider on the set of his new film The To-Do List. "I know it’s going to be harder because we always push ourselves, and last year was definitely a push. I was talking to Dan [Harmon] and he’s like, ‘I don’t even know how to top myself.’ And that’s what he said last year! I remember him saying that last year, ‘I don’t know what we’re gonna do this year.’ And this year, he’s like, ‘I don’t know what we’re gonna do this year.’ That’s why I like working for him. He’s kind of like a creative genius. He’s like a weirdo, I’ll follow that guy into the desert, you know?"

No word yet on what Harmon has planned for season three, but note that last year during Comic-Con, he teased the Apollo 13 space episode, as well as many other theme episodes. With the crew headed back to Comic-Con this weekend, expect some more Community-related rumors soon enough.
