This seems like it was bound to happen. Comedy Central announced on Tuesday that Charlie Sheen will be the latest celebrity to get roasted by the network, meaning your favorite comedians will get to bash Sheen to his face for a couple of hours this September. And not just any day in September, but Sept. 19—the day Two and a Half Men with Ashton Kutcher will premiere on CBS.
Sheen has had trouble getting back on television since being fired by CBS earlier this year, so this qualifies as a coup for Team Warlock. That Comedy Central pays its roastees handsomely for the right to get brutally insulted also probably heavily influenced the embattled star's decision. Hopefully Jeffrey Ross is working up some great material as we type.
