Tribes: Ascend was announced back in March at PAX East and we’ve seen very little information about the game since then. Today we have a beta gameplay trailer, which announces that the game will be free to play and will release this coming fall. Jet packs may be standard faire these days, but the Tribes franchise started it all. Let’s see if Tribes: Ascend can continue the legacy when the game becomes available for digital download on XBLA and PC. [via G4TV]
