Michael Cera seems like just the type of boy Lisa Simpson would love to get together with, and so it comes as little surprise that Cera will lend his voice to the next season of The Simpsons, playing a possible love interest for Lisa.

Before you can say, "Her?" let producer Al Jean explain Cera's role, Nick: "He starts quoting Hemingway and she says, ‘You’re not a product of the Springfield public schools, are you?’ And he goes, ‘No, I come to Springfield for the food and the women.' So he talks a good game. [But] she starts to realize that he’s less than expected." No kidding! It's The Simpsons, after all. Lisa can't very well fall in love with Cera and have hoodie wearing babies with him.

Expect the Cera episode to air sometime next season.
