Put on your tin foil hats, kiddies, because it’s conspiracy theory time! Rumor has it that Mass Effect 3 will include a four-player co-op mode, which has players working together to defeat throngs of enemies thrown at them in waves. Now before you freak out, it sounds like it’s completely separate from the single-player campaign, though a different rumor speculates that a separate standalone multiplayer Mass Effect game could be in the works. Bioware was asked about multiplayer at E3 and they stated, "We haven't talked at all about multiplayer in the Mass Effect franchise, but we're exploring multiplayer in all of our games and all of our franchises.” It sounds like something is brewing, don’t it?
