Jeremy Renner apparently doesn't enjoy sleeping very much. The actor, who has an incredibly full itinerary with Mission: Impossible — Ghost Protocol, Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters, The Avengers, and The Bourne Legacy, has developed his own company, The Combine, to produce films in which he can also star. And here's the company's first big move: the rally race car flick Slingshot

According to Variety, Paramount will distribute the film, which is based on a true story of rally race car driver Bill Caswell, who gained notoriety after placing third in the World Rally Championships in Mexico. After shelling out $500 to buy a 1991 BMW on Craigslist, he brought it up to speed and used it to become a competitor.

Previously, Renner and his co-producer Don Handfield announced they're also developing an untitled biopic about legendary actor Steve McQueen. All that's left to figure out is which movie, the biopic or the rally movie, will become Renner's first production credit.
