Thanks to a May 2010 update, Gmail users were able to drag an image directly from their computer into an e-mail message. A new update from Google makes it even easier to add an image to an e-mail by allowing users to paste pictures copied to their clipboard directly into an e-mail. Currently, the copy-and-paste image function only works with Google’s Chrome browser, but the company hopes to make it available for other browsers soon.
