Samsung today finally officially unveiled its Infuse 4G Android phone. The handset was first seen at the 2011 Consumer Electronics Show back in January, but since then mum's been the word regarding the high-powered smartphone. At a press-conference held in NYC, Samsung and AT&T execs ran through the phone that will hit AT&T stores on May 15

Sporting a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus Display that's supposedly better for outdoor viewing, a 1.2 GHz chip, an 8-megapixel camera, and 16 GB of internal storage, the Infuse 4G may take the reigns as AT&T's top Android offering. If those specs don't do it for you, consider that the Infuse will  be AT&T's first phone to support it's HSPA+ network, meaning you may actually—and knowing AT&T it's a big MAY—get near true 4G speeds.

Interested? When it hits stores next week it'll carry a $200 price tag when purchased with a two-year contract.
