In what-goes-around-comes-around news, a Boston businessman named Wayne Chang is filing a lawsuit against Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss for cutting him out of the $65 million settlement Facebook agreed to pay the twins in 2008.

Chang was a partner in the ConnectU project that they say Mark Zuckerberg stole and made into Facebook. According to Chang, his partnership entitles him to a share of the settlement money. Though the suit was first filed in 2009, a judge has just ruled that it could proceed.

So, for those following along at home, this means the Winklevoss Twins will be attempting to sue Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook while another guy is suing them for leaving them out of the money that Facebook paid to the twins during the first lawsuit. Fun.
