Details are scant on this strange Cinco de Mayo celebration, but here's what we've gleaned: experimental electronica outfit Gang Gang Dance are performing for free tonight at China Chalet, a Chinese restaurant in the Financial District. Presumably you'll have to buy something at the restaurant, so perhaps free isn't necessarily the correct term. But we've never had to report on something like this before. Let us know how it goes.
