When the Iceberg Lounge was teased in one of the early Batman: Arkham City trailers, speculation was that The Penguin would make his debut in the game. Well now it’s official and Rocksteady has their own interpretation of the waddling Oswald Cobblepot: “He dresses well, but in a poor taste, and we've made him this brutish, brutal guy but also key into collection fascination that he’s had throughout the years.” The Penguin’s goons will be tough-as-nails sporting an assortment of heavy weapons to blast Bats to smithereens.
