One of the classics of 1980s skateboard cinema, Thrashin’ was also the film debut of Josh Brolin (True Grit, No Country For Old Men). As with most movies of that decade dealing with extreme wheeled sports (RAD, Gleaming the Cube), the plot involves rival skateboarding gangs and the women who love them. Of course, part of the appeal at the time was getting to see the sport's true stars like Tony Hawk and Steve Caballero showoff on screen.

Since this marks the 25th anniversary of the film's release, much of the cast and crew will be there. No word on whether Brolin will attend, but you never know. Check the trailer here.—Finn Cohen
