If you're looking to download the awesome Grooveshark app to your Android phone, we got some bad news for you. The app is no longer available in Google's Android Market

CNET reported earlier today (Wednesday) that popular music streaming app was missing from the Android Market, and when it reached out to Google to find out why, Google replied: "We remove apps from Android Market that violate our terms of service." Considering all the songs found on the service are added by the users, it's safe to assume there are at least a few copyright violations going on.

The Grooveshark app was removed from the Apple App Store last August due to record label complaints.
