While the Green Lantern hype machine had certainly been lagging behind Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger, and even X-Men: First Class, Warner Bros. has recently stepped its game up with new pictures and footage from the highly anticipated film.
And now, courtesy of Superhero Hype, the studio has released three new images from the movie. Featuring Hal Jordan (Ryan Reynolds) and Tomar-Re (voiced by Geoffrey Rush), these new pics show off some vastly improved CGI compared to the first trailer released last November. And now that Green Lantern no longer resembles a bargain bin Playstation 2 title, it's starting to separate itself visually from the rest of the comic book flicks coming out this summer, which is definitely what Green Lantern needs to succeed as an adaptation!
