Those thoughts of Charlie Sheen’s 15 minutes of madness being up might have come a little prematurely. According to Entertainment Weekly, the ex-Two and a Half Men star, plans on trademarking 22 of the catch phrases he said during his epic meltdown. This includes favorites like “Tiger Blood,” “Vatican Assassin,” “Rock Star From Mars,” “I’m Not Bi-Polar, I’m Bi-Winning,” and, of course, the infamous, “Duh, Winning.”

This isn’t the first time Sheen has tried to trademark something. In the '90s, Sheen started a company called Masheen Inc. and tried to trademark "Drugs Are Loser Friendly," and in 2005, another Sheen company, Three Dog Park, filed papers for Sheen Kidz, a children’s sportswear line that was apparently successful in Japan.

The only question left is, how does he plan on profiting on these phrases? “I’m Not Bi-Polar, I’m Bi-Winning” t-shirts? “Tiger Blood” male enhancement drinks? “Rock Stars From Mars” co-branded Pyrex pots? We can’t wait to find out.
