The music streaming news is coming in waves.
Yesterday it was reported that Apple had completed its upcoming cloud music service but had not reached deals with the major labels over licensing. Today, CNET has sources that say the Cupertino company and at least one major have come to terms after all. Warner Music Group has cozied up to Apple, opening up the label's massive roster of artists to rock out with the upcoming iTunes streaming service without any messy threats of legal action.
AllThingsD claims that Apple has a deal with at least one other major, but it's not clear which (Universal Music Group, Sony or EMI).
As with everything Apple, nothing is certain until it's announced on stage with a lot of fanfare and some bold proclamations. Stay tuned.
