Sony Pictures has begun auditioning actresses for the two lead roles in the remake of Total Recall, for the roles of Lori and Melina (played by Sharon Stone and Rachel Ticotin, respectively, in the original).
The role of Lori, a run-of-the-mill housewife who she slips to insanity, is being pursued by Kate Bosworth and Eva Mendes. Diane Kruger (Inglourious Basterds) was apparently up for the role, as well, but opted out of the reading process. As for the role of Melina, Paula Patton, Eva Green (Casino Royale), Jessica Biel, and Eva Mendes are all in the running. Melina, the female protagonist, will share a lot of screen time with star Colin Farrell 's heroic main character in this one.
And while these roles are important to the overall plot, we just want to know who will be playing the role of the mutant hooker with three breasts. She was a landmark cinematic character.
