Mortal Kombat is not that far away; April 19 is fast approaching and information is all of a sudden deluging the Internet. The latest details on the game are detailed in a new video featuring the development team at Netherrealm Studios. Looks like we're getting something new called the Challenge Tower, a mode with 300 stages spanning all types of wild missions. Classic minigames Test Your Sight, Test Your Might and Test Your Strength make a return here alongside the new Test Your Luck. Fights with special conditions (no arms, anyone?) and encounters with crazy storylines behind them all take center stage in this mode. Peep the zombified version of Goro up top. We'd be lying if we said we weren't waiting to punch him in the groin while hitting a split. [via IGN]
