In the second part of the installation they premiered in July, Karla and James Murray present a series of photographs documenting a history that is rarely told, about the lives of mom-and-pop shops in New York City. Look for shots of the stores you used to love, or the ones your old New York friends like to reminisce about, at the show of the artists whose work has been praised by, among others, The New Yorker, The New York Times, and London Telegraph.
