Are you sick of first-person shooters set in the not-so-distant apocalyptic future? Are you growing tired of games that feature multiplayer team battles of zombies vs. survivors? Well at GDC last week, we got our first glimpse at Depth, an indie game with a truly refreshing spin on the genre. In Depth you either control a deep-sea diver scouring the ocean floor for treasure or a massive man-eating shark. As a diver, you need to rely on stealth to slink around and nab as much loot as you can. As a shark, you’re mission is to remove as many limbs as you can and scare the crap out of the folks playing as the divers. Check out the trailer for Depth, it’s not like any other game out there.
