We can't believe we didn't think of this.
College student Amanda Foote managed to pocket $900 by selling her number one spot in the iPad 2 waiting line at the Apple Fifth Ave flagship store in NYC.
All Foote had to do was sit through a full day of rain, whipping winds, and bracing cold for 41 hours; and deal with hard concrete and strangers rummaging through her snack rations. But it all became worth it when she sold her spot to an app developer named Hazem Sayed who claimed he needed to have his new iPad 2 before he left for a business trip Friday evening.
What does she plan to do with the dough? Buy an iPad 2 and put the rest away in her savings account? Nah, she's going to cop tickets to a Lady Gaga concert instead.
