The answer is "this Dead Island trailer. The question, clearly, is "what is an unholy mashup of George Romero, Pharcyde's 'Drop' video, and that Gears of War ad that uses the song 'Mad World'?" And the result is jawdropping. The game's being developed by Techland, and coming out this year for 360/PS3/PC. And that's pretty much all we know. Other than this trailer is awesome.
