Make sure your DVRs are set for February 12. NBC has just announced that Russell Brand will host Saturday Night Live that weekend, with help from musical guest Chris Brown.
Brand, who will headline a remake of Arthur in April, is a first-time host of the Saturday night staple, though he does have prior hosting experience at the MTV VMAs. Which you probably remember as the moment his future-wife Katy Perry went pretty much off the market. Alas.
Brown as the musical guest is no doubt a pretty controversial choice. Wonder if he'll appear in a Digital Short like his former girlfriend Rihanna did when she was a musical guest this fall.
