The last words of Ken Jennings, realizing his-- and by extension, our --imminent defeat at the hands of a superior computer intelligence. How appropriate, given the circumstances, that he went out with a pop culture reference.
Watson pulled out a clean victory last night, though not as decisive as Tuesday's route, ending Singularity Bowl 2011. While we humans lick our wounds, we should of course take a moment to recognize the tremendous potential real-world benefits of having a communicative, intelligent computer like Watson at our disposal.
And then get to work on Plan B.
