TMZ reports that producers for the MTV hit have been scouting locations in Italy, and that Vinny's Italian relatives have already been contacted to put up the crew during the shoot. Even more smoke? Apparently MTV executives have been working on getting visas for the cast since late last year. The only thing possibly holding this up? The Italian government, which may or may not want to allow Snooki to let loose on their fair countryside.
MTV hasn’t commented yet, but this just feels like the logical next step. After all, once you’ve defiled Seaside Heights and South Beach, the only place to go after that is Italy. Or Cancun—but probably Italy.
