You don't get to stock New York's finest gentlemen's clubs with cigars by having weak product. Since 1930, Nat Sherman has made luxury cigarettes and cigars, and they've done it well enough to keep N.Y.'s swankiest joints knotted with thick trails of tobacco smoke, creating the sort of atmosphere that indicates wealth and taste without getting too ostentatious.

This Thursday, the Nat Sherman Family and "Benji" Mendez invite you to try their new cigar, the Bolivar D'Oro, at a gala event benefiting the Grand Central Neighborhood Social Services Corporation. In addition to the Bolivar D'Oro, guests will enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, as well as the chance to bid on a select number of pre-embargo Cuban Nat Sherman Bolivars, circa 1958. All proceeds from the auction will go to the homeless services provided by the Grand Central Neighborhood Social Services Corporation.

Tickets are $95, and the event is limited to 100 guests. Blow money fast, go H.A.M., etc. This is the sort of thing that calls on excess swag and excess scratch. Prove you have both.
