Namco Bandai's remake of the beloved arcade gore-fest Splatterhouse won't be out until November 23, but new screenshots just released give us something to look forward to. Just like the first time, you'll play as Rick Taylor, whose quest to save his girlfriend from an insane doctor makes him the unwitting recipient of a possessed mask, super-strength, and a seemingly insatiable tolerance for evisceration. Even in its original 1988 incarnation, the game was violent enough to merit placement on our 25 Most Violent Video Games Of All Time, so you can imagine what high-def graphics and a truly twisted dev team mean for the revamp.
