Not the most popular girl at school, Pepper was all about individuality and being cool in your own world (not that she didn't flirt with changing her steez to fit in, to which her young fans (read:us) said: "Nnnooooooooooo!!!"). A great Saturday morning cartoon about strong-willed pre-teens with elaborate fantasy lives, even though it didn't have any sneaky drug references. Although her best friend Milo was always so sleepy, relaxed, and hungry...and he did play hackey sack a lot. Hmmmmm.

Man this brought back a lot of good memories. I grew up without cable so I was lucky enough to be able to watch most of these. TMNT #1! Hell yeah. Although I would have put Loony Tunes in the top 3. Loony Tunes is definitely better than Duck Tales.

Great post! I agree with Riff Raff about Looney Tunes. Tom & Jerry is also up there. Muppet Babies let me know when it was time to browse and if nothing was on come back to it. Seeing TMNT #1 was all good though,although they had me up EarlY,lol...and why is it saying and labeled "Hero" Turtles in the intro??? When did that ever happen? No love for Tiger Sharks? or the rapping frogs? I think they should have made an exception for Kung Fu Theatre even if it was ranked #50.
