Famed for its 24-foot concrete full pipe, this public park has been around since 2002, and it has two awesome features that set it apart from a lot of other parks: it's open 24 hours a day and it's free. A true jewel in the Midwest, it's easy to see why people travel hundreds of miles to skate this place.
