I am a white woman who would be open to dating an asian man, but never has.... Even without "knowing" for myself, I hear the truth in your words. Any time someone makes a broad generality about a group of people, they're going to be wrong lots of the time. Also, even if a woman had slep with one Asian man, she would not be able to generalize about all of them. She'd have to sleep with a significant number of them, statistically speaking--way more of them than any one woman could manage. At any rate, I appreciate your frustration when people make general assumptions about an entire culture....personnally, I think it would be very interesting to get to know an Asian man because I would learn so many new things that I don't normally think of.... and, I happened to be attrative to the "general" look of Asian men, though I'm not intending to make a too-generalized statement.... :)

The article is about dumb ass stereotypes. This isn't my opinion but the underlying dum ass stereotypes that the general public unwittingly believe.. I'm saying if you adhere to the stereotypes as layed out in the article these are the things people think about. I mean there are more positive stereotypes in favor of Asian women, by which I mean mostly Japanese/Chinese/Korean/Thai, than there are for Asian men where the stereotypes are negative... and there's a few positive stereotypes about American men that are equally bullshit. Men are men, women are women wherever they come from. Some are nice and some aren't.

why are there a lot of inspiration from fake movies and tv romances. i guess asian men are not as hot or lustful after all.. most of the movies had no love scenes between the characters. in my opinion most asian men are less believable in romantic movies or dealt with intimacy. maybe it is the face.
