Individually wrapped, fruit-flavored taffy squares that start out hard, then soften once inside your mouth. Whoa. 'Eat some now, save some for later" was the O.G. tagline but a more appropriate one would be "Eat some now, get some fillings later." All candy is bad, but these sticky mofos will straight wreck your teeth!

Generations of Belgian and Swiss chocolate makers are spinning in their graves. I am always amazed that someone with little or no knowledge of the subject on which they're writing can actually get paid to write a "best" list like this. Shame Complex.

Complex makes a habit of picking the shittiest "number one thing of all time". This would be one of those times. What about regular M&M's? Those beat the crap out of the peanut kind. And, yeah, what ABOUT jellybeans? Those are way better than half the crap on this list. Who eats that much Japanese candy anyway?

I'm not sayin it should've been #1, but c'mon man....no love for a Payday bar? Peanuts and caramel is about as simple as you can get, and straight up, adding chocolate to it (the Avalanche) ruined the flavor. Payday is my favorite candy bar of all time.

nah.. i think they got this one right. i remember the sour patch kids/watermelons/blueberries used to always be sold out at the lunchroom store and i even believe a distressed fat kid choked out one of those fundraiser box toting kids for running out. its too bad i grew up and can't fuck wit all that sour sweet shit anymore.

I agree that this list was pretty shitty, but I do love me some sour patch kids
