This Friday, August 14th, marks Pakistan's 62nd year as an Independent state free from the United Kingdom. But if you watched CNN, Fox News or MSNBC (maybe BBC) you wouldn't know that due to all the turmoil that's been plaguing the Muslim-majority nation—US missile strikes, Taliban militant attacks, etc.

But, whatever, we don't want to air the country's dirty laundry at time when Pakistanis are celebrating everything that's great about their nation.
