9. South Park (Comedy Central)
The second greatest animated series of all time (them Simpsons did it!) helped Comedy Central make its bread in the '90s, but the show really hit its stride this decade by giving screen time to a slew of memorable supporting characters (Towlie, Jimmy, Butters, Timmy), brutally satirizing (and and often sodomizing) current events within days of them occuring, and bringing Cartman to horribly depraved new lows.

In 2007, Trey Stone and Matt Parker, who still write and direct each episode, signed on to create South Park through season 15, meaning we'll have it around until at least 2011. Then Baseketball Part Deux, perhaps?
