Fresh off enlisting Mike Dean for the official remix of “Starry Eyes,” The Weeknd returns with another remix of one of Dawn FM’s standout tracks.
The Toronto artist taps Sebastian Ingrosso and Salvatore Ganacci for the remix of “How Do I Make You Love Me?,” which arrives alongside an animated video directed by Jocelyn Charles with creative direction from Cliqua.
The release arrives as the Weeknd continues his After Hours Til Dawn stadium tour. The 18-date trek, which kicked off July 8 in Toronto, will soon make stops in Miami, Atlanta, and Las Vegas, among other cities, before wrapping September 2 in Los Angeles.
Meanwhile, during his recent tour stop at MetLife Stadium, the Weeknd shared the teaser for his forthcoming HBO Max series The Idol. Co-created by the Weeknd, Reza Fahim, and Euphoria creator Sam Levinson, the six-episode drama stars the Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp, with a supporting cast that includes Troye Sivan, Jennie Kim, Debby Ryan, Rachel Sennott, Steve Zissis, Hari Nef, and Juliebeth Gonzalez.
According to HBO’s official synopsis, The Idol is “set against the backdrop of the music industry and centers on a self-help guru and leader of a modern-day cult who develops a complicated relationship with an up-and-coming pop idol.”
