It’s a great day to be a rap fan in Canada. Rolling Loud, known as the largest hip-hop festival in the world, is coming to Toronto

Future, Dave, and Wizkid are set to headline the festival, which will take place Sept. 9 to 11 at Ontario Place, a former theme park on the shores of Lake Ontario. This will mark Rolling Loud’s first foray into Canada and its fourth festival in four different countries in 2022.

Rolling Loud Toronto will feature an inordinately stacked lineup, including U.S. rap heavyweights like Lil Uzi Vert, Migos, Roddy Ricch, Trippie Redd, Lil Yachty, and UK top boys like Skepta, Central Cee, and AJ Tracey.

There’ll be no shortage of CanCon at the event either, with homegrown titans like NAV, Belly, Pressa, and Roy Woods taking the stage. You can also expect a wealth of rising Canadian talent, including Skiifall, Night Lovell, Da Crook, Moula 1st, Tia Bank$, FRVRFRIDAY, Haviah Mighty, Ramriddlz, Pengz, Duvy, Chromazz, and many more.

On Monday, Rolling Loud teased the announcement by posting an illustration of Toronto’s skyline on social media, while also launching a Rolling Loud Toronto Instagram account. They also took to Twitter to ask, “Which toronto rappers putting in work right now?”

In July, Rolling Loud will hit Miami, with Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, and Future headlining. The festival will also take place in Portugal this summer, with an impressive lineup including A$AP Rocky, J. Cole, and Future, as well as the Netherlands, with a bill including J. Cole, Roddy Rich, and (you guessed it) Future. The Toronto announcement appears to be Rolling Loud’s latest move in its plot for global expansion.

Tickets for Rolling Loud Toronto go on sale April 29 at 12 p.m. ET.
