Aminé has shared the song and accompanying video for his new track “Shimmy.”
In the visual—which was co-directed by Aminé and Jack Begert—we see the Portland rapper whipping around with his boys, scaling a mountain, and driving a boat, as he praises the past while looking to the future. Produced by Boi 1da, Vinylz, and Pasqué, “Shimmy” samples Ol' Dirty Bastard’s iconic song, 1995’s “Shimmy Shimmy Ya.”
