It's been over a year since Vic Mensa released his debut album, The Autobiography, and now he's back with his striking new project, HOOLIGANS. Featuring appearances from Ty Dolla Sign, Charlie Wilson, Lil Herb, Jesse Rutherford, G-Eazy, and Mr. Hudson, the eight-track release features some of the Chicago rapper's most intense output to date.

Touching on topics from death and addiction, to love and mental health, HOOLIGANS demonstrates once again just how personal Vic is able to get on record.

To coincide with the release of the new project, Vic Mensa also dropped the dramatic video for the Ty Dolla Sign-featuring "In Some Trouble." Directed by Bobby Hanaford, the video sees the Chicago rapper getting played by one of his friends and a potential romantic interest, with Ty dropping in for a cameo with an adorable dog.

Recently, Vic said that he couldn't even be mad at his former mentor Kanye West anymore, despite his often questionable behavior throughout 2018. "I'm not even mad at Ye no more," he explained. "I'm just, like, I feel for him, you know what I'm saying?" Check out both the video for "In Some Trouble" and the stream for the full project above.
