Offset Says He's About to Drop His Debut Solo Album

Are we getting the final entry in Migos' marathon of solo projects before year's end?

With only days left in 2018, we still don't have Offset's debut solo album. However, given the escalation of teases in recent days, its release does indeed seem imminent.

On the day best known as Mr. Christ's birthday, the Migos member informed fans via Instagram that he was "'bout to drop my album." Unfortunately, no additional details were provided.

During a recent trip to an undisclosed club, Offset gained control of the aux cord and apparently teased some sounds from the untitled third entry in Migos' trifecta of solo albums.

Migos' three-chapter onslaught of new music was inspired, in part, by Rae Sremmurd's SR3MMSpeaking with XXL earlier this month, Quavo revealed they originally planned to drop the albums as one package a la Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi. "We originally wanted to do it as one whole album [and] each have our own section... an A- B- [and] C-side," he explained.

However, in terms of Offset-related news, his upcoming album is secondary, as matters of his relationship with Cardi B have taken over the headline cycle. Most recently, Cardi B mentioned him in an Instagram post in which some new footwear was displayed:
