Guy Who Broke Into Rihanna's House and Stayed the Night Charged With Multiple Felonies

26-year-old Eduardo Leon has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The man accused of breaking into Rihanna's home and spending approximately 12 hours inside while she was gone has been charged with multiple felonies. 26-year-old Eduardo Leon of Fullerton has pleaded not guilty to all charges, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Eduardo Leon was charged Monday with one felony count each of first-degree residential burglary, vandalism, and stalking. Additionally, he was given a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest. The Los Angeles County district attorney's office added that Leon is believed to have caused "more than $400 in damage" to Rihanna's Hollywood-area home by destroying the home security system.

Earlier this month, prosecutors allege, Leon harassed Rihanna and even made a "credible threat." Given the charges handed down on Monday, Leon stands to spend up to six years in prison. As previously reported, an assistant for Rihanna ultimately discovered Leon inside the residence and called authorities. He was then arrested. At some point, he was reportedly tased. Rihanna has not publicly commented on the incident.

Earlier this month, Rihanna expertly outlined the inherent silliness of entertainment reporting when asked if she would be attending the so-called royal wedding. "Why would you think I'm invited?" she told a reporter, who reasoned that an invitation might be in the cards because Rihanna met Prince Harry once. "You met me, you think you're coming to my wedding? Am I coming to yours?"
