Someone needs to send Drai's book '20 Things You May Not Know About the Vagina' to DJ Khaled ASAP.

Dr. Dre's years-long battle with a gynecologist who goes by the name "Dr. Drai" has come to a presumably less-than-pleasing end.

Dre's attempt at blocking Dr. Draion M. Burch's trademark of the Dr. Drai moniker and the title "Doctor Drai OBGYN and Media Personality" has been dismissed by the trademark office, TMZreported Monday whilst taking a break from contributing to whatever Kanye West is trying to accomplish these days.

The Aftermath Entertainment boss was reportedly concerned that Drai's trademark attempt, filed back in 2015, would "cause confusion" to consumers due to the similarity in names. Drai is the author of 20 Things You May Not Know About the Vagina, a book someone should probably send to DJ Khaled immediately.

According to Drai's official website, he's also "committed to serving the underserved" who've been burdened with subpar healthcare. "I believe education is a critical part of tackling health disparities and the combination of media and medicine allows me to reach people, show them how to improve their health, and gain equal access," he states, adding that his goal is to "change lives."

In semi-related news, Dre recently joined Eminem at Coachella. During Em's headlining set, Dre came out as a special guest to run through undeniable classics including "Forgot About Dre" and "Still Dre." 50 Cent also joined the proceedings with "In Da Club," "Crack a Bottle," "I Get Money," and more.
