Boogie isn’t afraid to display his eccentric side.

On Friday, the Compton-raised rapper released the amusing video for “Self Destruction,” his first official single since 2017’s “Violence” featuring Masego. The new visual finds Boogie in a surreal setting doing all kinds of random shit: He plays the piano in the middle of a living room snow storm, levitates over a swimming pool, and smokes a blunt while riding a flying bike.

“I miss fun videos and always wanted to see niggas have super powers,“ Boogie said in a statement.

The visual and single arrive about seven months after it was announced Boogie had joined the Shady Records family. “Boogie is everything I look for in an MC,” Eminemsaid about the signing. “Unique voice and point of view combined with crazy wordplay. This is a great fit and I’m excited for what’s to come.”

According to Boogie's team, the rapper is currently working on his debut album, which is set to drop sometime this summer. Keep it locked as more details about the project become available.
