Sabrina Claudio and Khalid have a little mid-week surprise for us: a sultry new single titled “Don’t Let Me Down.” The hypnotizing song was written by Claudio and produced by Sad Money (Mikhail Beltran) and counts as the first time the two young artists have collaborated together, but from the velvet sound of their voices together, it probably shouldn’t be the last.

“It’s about showing someone the vulnerable side of you and asking them, no matter what you do, just don’t prove me right—don’t give me a reason to be guarded again,” Claudio said of the inspiration behind the new song.

“Don’t Let Me Down” will also be included as a bundle when you get Claudio’s other new song, “All to You.” The Miami born and L.A. raised singer/songwriter first impressed audiences with “Unravel Me,” which notably appeared under a Katy Perry song on Apple Music and impressed the hell out of Complex editor Frazier Tharpe. In the time since she has released her debut mixtape About Time and garnered more buzz as a rising star to keep an eye on.

Khalid has been making similar high-profile moves ever since he entered the R&B world with “Location,” and has continued to dominate charts ever since with numerous hits from his debut album American Teen. He was also nominated for Best New Artist at this year’s Grammy Awards.
