Mike Will Made-It has dropped another banger “Aries (YuGo) Part 2,” bringing together an all-star cast of Big Sean, Pharrell, Quavo, and Rae Sremmurd.

In an interview with Power 106 back in March 2017, Mike Will hinted at the existence of the remix, explaining that Pharrell told him at the time, “Man, are you sure we don't need a feature?” Mike Will continued, “I'm not going to lie, the feature version is coming too. For this version, I just wanted it to come out like this with the solo. But the feature version is crazy.”

“Aries (YuGo) Part 2” debuted on Thursday, via Zane Lowe’s World Record on Beats 1. During the show, Lowe asked Mike Will why he wanted to breathe new life into a track that already exists.

Mike Will said, “I feel like that song was so good. How it was, I had to put it on my project Ransom 2 with just Pharrell on it. But when we did it, Pharrell always wanted artists on there. He always wanted rappers to have verses on there. So I was like, ‘If I use it for Ransom 2, I for sure come back and do another version with like artist on the verses.’”

He continued, “Originally I just wanted to put on all Aries on there you know. Because the song's called Aries and Pharrell’s an Aries, so I put Quavo on there, I put Big Sean on there. But Sremm, they always loved that beat, so [Swae Lee] was like, ‘Bro you gotta let me get on there.’ So I mean I can't turn down the Swae Lee verse, and then Slim Jim heard that and was like, ‘I can hop on there?’. And I can’t turn down no Slim Jim verse, and they both killed it. They the only two on there that’s not Aries so we just changed the meaning for Aries and just made it like always reppin' in everybody’s section.”

Mike Will also teased Rae Sremmurd’s highly anticipated three-disc album, SremmLife3, which is slated for a release this year. Mike Will also shared that it features Future, Travis Scott, Young Thug, The Weeknd, and Zoe Kravitz.
