In November, Was was busted for drunk driving after police officers in New York spotted him racing another vehicle in a Mercedes. According to initial reports, Wap was driving around 100 miles per hour on a strip of highway with a speed limit of 50. Though the bulk of the counts were dropped this week, Wap was also initially hit with charges of driving without a valid license and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

In January, he dropped the For My Fans 3: The Final Chapter mixtape. A video for single "Love the Way" is set to be released soon.
