It's really not been that long since DRAM blessed us with new music, but he's already hard at work on his next full-length album. Speaking with Zane Lowe on Beats 1, he offered little in the way of new info for the forthcoming project, but he did tease that he's been in the studio with Rick Rubin, and that we might be getting to hear the full thing later this year. But for now, he's got a new collaboration with Diplo.

Taken from Diplo's upcoming California EP, which is due for release next month, "Look Back" makes fantastic use of DRAM's distinctive vocals. Speaking with Zane Lowe, he explained that "Look Back" was actually recorded a few years back during a session at Post Malone's studio. "We went there and I had never been to a studio session like that," he told Lowe.

Explaining further, he said, "This record came about, they played that beat. Post went in and he did some harmonizing, and playing around with for about five to ten minutes. Then Dip, said 'could you go in there? What would you do?' I stepped in there for ten minutes on that riff, going crazy. They fucked with it so much, that Diplo had me come to Malibu to finish it up with Skrillex. Tinashe was also there, she did the female background vocals."

During his chat with Lowe, he promised that the previously announced project with Erykah Badu is still on the way, too. "That is my best friend in the music game," he added. Listen to "Look Back" below.
